Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange, then download and print the prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
